Job Descriptions:
Manage day‑to‑day campaign offer set up and fulfilment activities, including entitlement calculation, incentive processing, fulfilment data preparation, validation checks, discrepancy resolution, and follow-up on exceptions or appeals cases, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and within committed timelines.
Conduct ongoing campaign performance tracking using Power BI dashboards/reports, including monitoring KPIs, take‑up, fulfilment progress, sales outcomes, and campaign ROI. Translate tracking results into timely insights and practical recommendations for senior management to support decision‑making and future campaign improvements.
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Distribution, Operations, IT, Underwriting, Compliance) to ensure campaigns are launched on time and in line with internal governance and regulatory requirements.
Identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in campaign setup and fulfilment processes and propose practical improvements. Support documentation of campaign workflows, fulfilment procedures, and control checkpoints to strengthen operational governance.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product campaign management, or operations within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience in campaign offer fulfilment, entitlement/incentive administration, fulfilment data validation, and exception handling is required.
- Practical experience in building, maintaining, or using Power BI dashboards/reports for campaign results tracking, KPI monitoring, and management reporting is required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and fulfilment activities concurrently.
- Solid analytical skills with experience in business data tracking, fulfilment data validation, reconciliation, and performance analysis.
- Good project coordination skills, with experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for tracking, reconciliation, dashboard/report preparation, variance analysis, and campaign results monitoring.
- Good knowledge of life insurance products and campaign‑driven sales processes.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining strong ownership of deliverables.
