ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our trading operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, sourcing new clients, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination of product supply and delivery. The role requires strong negotiation skills and market knowledge to grow revenue and expand our business network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B clients, contractors, retailers, F&B outlets, etc.)
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure repeat sales
  • Source products and coordinate with local and overseas suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients and vendors
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and sales proposals
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with operations/logistics team for timely delivery
  • Maintain proper documentation for sales, invoices, and orders
  • Lead and supervise sales staff (if applicable)
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
