We are seeking a dynamic\nand experienced Assistant Manager \- Startup and Innovation. The ideal\ncandidate will possess a strong background in program management, fundraising,\nand fintech capacity building, along with a deep understanding of the fintech\necosystem, particularly in inclusive finance, climate, agri and enterprise\ndevelopment that drive economic and social inclusion.<\/span>

Startup Ecosystem Engagement<\/span><\/b>:<\/span>
<\/li><\/ol>
○ <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with fintech, and relevant stakeholders to\nunderstand their challenges and support their development.<\/span>
<\/p>
○ <\/span><\/span><\/span>Facilitate resources, networks, and market linkages to help\nfintechs achieve their goals.<\/span>
<\/p>
○ <\/span><\/span><\/span>Onboard stakeholders like other accelerators, incubators,\nstartup consultants to execute startup related projects in regions across South\nAsia, South East Asia and Africa.<\/span>
<\/p>
Fundraising and Proposal Writing<\/span><\/b>:<\/span>
<\/li><\/ol>
○ <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify funding opportunities and craft compelling\nproposals in response to RFPs from international donors seeking consultants for\nfintech ecosystem development and engagement.<\/span>
<\/p>
○ <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with MSC\u2019s sectoral domains\u2014agriculture,\nclimate, gender, MSME, and inclusive finance\u2014and regional teams across Asia and\nAfrica to develop solutions leveraging startups and craft them into proposals\nfor funders.<\/span>

Program Management<\/span><\/b>:<\/span>

○ <\/span><\/span><\/span>Design, implement, and oversee accelerator/incubator\nprograms.<\/span>

○ <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage program budgets, reporting, and performance metrics.<\/span>

○ <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide mentorship and guidance to fintech to drive growth\nand scalability.<\/span>

Training and Capacity Building<\/span><\/b>:<\/span>

○ <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and deliver tailored training programs for startups and\necosystem players, focusing on business development and technical improvements.<\/span>

Networking and Partnerships<\/span><\/b>:<\/span>

○ <\/span><\/span><\/span>Produce podcasts featuring industry leaders.<\/span>

○ <\/span><\/span><\/span>Represent MSC at relevant forums, events, and industry conferences.<\/span>
