Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, coordinate staff activities, and uphold high service and performance standards to drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operational activities and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient workflow
  • Supervise employees to maintain smooth operations and adherence to company standards
  • Implement and uphold service quality and operational procedures consistently
  • Manage customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly to enhance satisfaction
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, conduct training, and evaluate performance to optimize team productivity
  • Monitor inventory levels and organize timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages
  • Enforce compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies to maintain a safe environment
  • Support business development and process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
  • Prepare detailed operational reports and assist with administrative tasks to inform management decisions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industries preferred
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related disciplines is an advantage
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
