Assistant Marketing & Leasing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Growth

Campaign Strategy & Execution

· Conceptualise and execute integrated marketing campaignsacross branding, promotions, digital platforms and loyalty initiatives.

· Drive initiatives to increase footfall, delivery salesand brand engagement.

· Track, analyse and report on campaign performance withactionable insights for optimisation.

Digital & Social Media

· Manage and grow official social media platforms anddigital channels.

· Develop engaging, trend-driven content that resonateswith local audiences.

· Stay ahead of social trends, viral movements and emergingdigital formats to keep brands culturally relevant.

· Work closely with agencies, content creators, media andKOLs to amplify brand reach.

· Support paid media planning and performance marketingefforts.

AI &Innovation

· Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency,content creation, campaign ideation and data analysis.

· Experiment with new digital technologies and platforms toimprove productivity and creative output.

· Continuously explore innovative ways to modernisetraditional F&B marketing approaches.

Brand & Communications

· Ensure consistency in brand positioning and visualidentity across all touchpoints.

· Design & develop marketing collaterals (print anddigital) and oversee production timelines.

· Work closely with operations teams to ensure effectivecampaign rollouts at outlets.

· Manage customer feedback channels and support reputationmanagement.

Market Intelligence & Partnerships

· Conduct competitor and industry research to identifygrowth opportunities.

· Maintain strong relationships with delivery aggregatorsand strategic partners for joint campaigns.

· Coordinate with POS vendors and internal teams on pricingupdates and promotional mechanics.

Leasing &Tenant Management (for Kedai Kopi)

· Support tenantacquisition efforts for coffeeshop and food retail spaces.

· Build and maintainstrong relationships with tenants to ensure long-term collaboration andsatisfaction.

· Monitor markettrends and rental benchmarks to maintain competitive leasing strategies.

· Provide updatesand reports on leasing performance and occupancy.

Requirements

· Positive working attitude with a goodpersonality.

· Min. 3 years of relevant experience inmarketing.

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma orDegree in Marketing/Business or similar subject

· Highly organised,responsive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

· Results-oriented, independent, strong workethic, and a strong team player.

· Strong communicationskills in English and Chinese (to liaise with stakeholders and tenants).

· Social Media Analytics and advertisingexperience with a good knowledge of the F&B industry will be an advantage.

· Strong interest insocial media trends, pop culture and viral content, SEO, SEM, WordPress, HTML (not a must)

· Comfortable using AItools for content creation, research and workflow efficiency.

· Proficient in Canva,Photoshop, Illustrator or other design software.

· Responsive in dealing with multiplestakeholders in a deadline driven environment.

· Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

· Experience in online marketplaces ande-commerce would be a plus.
