Assistant Media Buyer

  • Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, ASA)
  • Pull daily, weekly, and monthly reports to analyze campaign performance (breakdowns by age, gender, location, placement, creative)
  • Support the Media Buying Team with audience research, competitive analysis, and campaign planning
  • Assist in writing ad copy variations and identifying winning creative elements
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and delivery
  • Perform data entry for campaign tracking sheets and reporting templates (Google Sheets, ClickUp, or other PM tools)
  • QA campaigns before launch to ensure tracking, creative, and settings are correct
  • Stay up to date on platform policies, trends, and best practices
  • Communicate proactively with the team regarding campaign performance and optimizations
  • Basic understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit Ads, ASA preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, ClickUp (or similar PM tools) & Slack
  • Excellent written communication skills

Previous media buying experience is a requirement
