Assistant Media Buyer

- Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, ASA)
- Pull daily, weekly, and monthly reports to analyze campaign performance (breakdowns by age, gender, location, placement, creative)
- Support the Media Buying Team with audience research, competitive analysis, and campaign planning
- Assist in writing ad copy variations and identifying winning creative elements
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and delivery
- Perform data entry for campaign tracking sheets and reporting templates (Google Sheets, ClickUp, or other PM tools)
- QA campaigns before launch to ensure tracking, creative, and settings are correct
- Stay up to date on platform policies, trends, and best practices
- Communicate proactively with the team regarding campaign performance and optimizations
- Basic understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit Ads, ASA preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, ClickUp (or similar PM tools) & Slack
- Excellent written communication skills
Previous media buying experience is a requirement
