Assistant Nurse Manager - Full-time Nights 7p -7a, L&D, Morristown Medical Center

Job Requirements:

• Responsible to provide patient care to low and high risk mothers and newborns and post Op GYN patients along side staff nurses.
• Responsible for leadership on the night shift, including all Annual Performance Evaluations, discipline as needed and work along side the manager to manage staffing, budgets etc.

Required:

1. Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
2. Valid NJ RN license
3. BLS certification
4. BSN

Preferred:

1. MSN
2. 5+ years Labor & Delivery Experience
3. Progressive leadership experience
4. NRP certification
5. ACLS certification
