As our office undergoes a transformation into a new service model designed to drive service excellence and establish itself as a trusted advisor, we are seeking a dedicated team member to join us.

Within the HR Shared Services team, the appointee will provide HR and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to, recruitment, appointment contract review, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR processes related to the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, staff movement, offboarding, and benefits administration;
  • Provide administrative support to facilitate HR workflows and established procedures;
  • Coordinate recruitment processes by arranging interviews and managing communication with applicants;
  • Maintain and update comprehensive HR documentation and filing records;
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR operations and procedures;
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement to refine operational workflows, increasing efficiency and quality of HR service delivery; and
  • Support consistent delivery of HR Shared Services by adhering to service standards and timelines.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • At least 1 year of work experience in HR administration or support;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high attention to detail;
  • Independent, proactive and customer oriented, and a good team player;
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment; and
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.

Suitable candidates will be invited to a written test.

The successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term contract of 2 years.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
