Assistant Operations Manager (Luxury Watches/Retail experience | Up to SGD 5,500 + VB)

Join one of Singapore’s leading luxury watch retailers! We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily retail operations and drive performance excellence across multiple retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Singapore Retail Team, ensuring operational excellence across all outlets.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Maintain the company’s brand image through staff grooming, conduct, and service standards.
• Work closely with Marketing to roll out promotional campaigns and activities.
• Monitor daily operations and submit monthly performance reports.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and incentive schemes.
• Conduct monthly sales meetings and support company events.
• Regularly conduct market research for competitive benchmarking.
• Oversee shop renovations and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury watches industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts).
• Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of luxury retail trends and consumer behaviors.
