Assistant Outlet Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Supervise and guide service crew during shifts
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are maintained
  • Prepare staff roster and manage manpower arrangement
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance
  • Train new employees on SOP and service procedures
  • Manage inventory, stock ordering, and stock control
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety compliance
  • Handle cashiering and daily sales closing when required
