Assistant Planner (MNC / Manufacturing) [EL]

• Develop and manage production forecasts and planning schedules based on demand and available resources
• Coordinate with project leaders, planners, and production supervisors to prioritise work according to delivery timelines
• Manage material and production planning, including material requisition and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOM) and engineering change updates
• Confirm production orders based on material availability and production capacity
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material delivery and prevent excess inventory buildup
• Monitor material availability to ensure smooth production continuity
• Prepare periodic reports including excess & obsolete (E&O) inventory and buy-down claims
• Ensure timely closure of production orders for accurate invoicing
• Support management with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis for decision-making
