Assistant Product Manager (Payments|Bank)

The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Assistant Product Manager with strong expertise in product lifecycle management, ideally within the payments or cross-border transfers domain. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience driving product enhancements, managing multi‑stakeholder initiatives, and delivering seamless customer experiences.
  • Starts off as a 6/12 months contract

The Job

  • Lead product development and enhancement efforts, with a focus on payments and cross-border transaction capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to refine product offerings and improve overall user experience.
  • Work with technical teams to support the integration and optimization of fintech platforms, payment rails, or remittance solutions.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including product positioning, go‑to‑market activities, and customer communications.
  • Assist with operational and administrative tasks related to product rollout, monitoring, and maintenance.

The Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within payments, fintech, or cross-border remittance.
  • Familiarity with payment systems, digital wallets, payment rails, or regional/international transfer products is a strong advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
