About the role
Join our vibrant and innovative team as an Assistant Production Engineer at intuitno home ptd ltd'. As a key member of our production department, you will play a vital role in optimising our manufacturing processes and supporting the efficient delivery of high-quality products. This full-time position is based in our Lorong 8 Toa Payoh location in the Central Region.
What you'll be doing
Assist in the planning, scheduling and coordination of production activities to meet customer demands and business objectives
Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Support the maintenance of production equipment and ensure smooth operations through proactive maintenance and problem-solving
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Analyse production data, generate reports and provide recommendations to optimise processes and enhance overall performance
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards throughout the production cycle
Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and capabilities
What we're looking for
Degree in Engineering, Production Management or a related field
2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the transport and logistics industry
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement
Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
