Assistant Professor-Accountancy, Audit & Taxation
Academic & Teaching Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/h3>Teach core and elective courses<\/b> in Finance, Accountancy, Audit, Taxation, and Management<\/b> at the undergraduate (BBA) and/or postgraduate level.
<\/p><\/li>Ensure effective delivery of theory and practical courses<\/b> through innovative teaching methodologies.
<\/p><\/li>Enhance classroom engagement by using multimedia tools, digital platforms, PowerPoint presentations, videos, and case studies<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Prepare detailed teaching plans<\/b> well in advance, including:
<\/p>Lecture schedules and topics
<\/p><\/li>
Assignments, tests, and assessments
<\/p><\/li>
Demonstrations, presentations, and screenings
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Communicate course plans and academic schedules clearly to students at the beginning of the term.
<\/p><\/li>
Mentor and guide students academically and professionally.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Institutional & Event Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>Actively participate in and provide full support for organizing:

Seminars, workshops, guest lectures
<\/p><\/li>
Conferences, FDPs, student activities, and campus events
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Promote a culture of academic excellence, discipline, and professional ethics.

Technical & Software Requirements<\/b>
<\/h2>Strong computer proficiency<\/b> (theoretical and practical).
<\/p><\/li>Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Experience with Financial and Accounting Software tools/modules<\/b> is preferred.
<\/p><\/li>Familiarity with G Suite / Google Workspace applications<\/b> (Docs, Sheets, Classroom, Drive, etc.).
