Position Overview<\/span>

MaNaS invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in Cognitive Psychology. The successful candidate will contribute to the department\u2019s mission of advancing knowledge in human cognition, learning, memory, perception, attention, decision\-making, and cognitive processes through excellence in teaching, research, and academic mentorship.<\/span>

The candidate is expected to develop and deliver high\-quality courses, conduct impactful research, and collaborate across disciplines such as neuroscience, artificial intelligence, education, and behavioral sciences.   • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Cognitive Psychology and Cognitive Science, including areas such as:<\/span>

            Required Qualifications<\/span>

            • Master\u2019s Degree in Psychology with specialisation in Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Science, or Experimental Psychology.<\/span>

            • Ph.D. in Psychology/Cognitive Psychology/Cognitive Science from a recognized university.<\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • NET/SET qualification as per UGC norms (if Ph.D. is not exempt).<\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Demonstrated knowledge of research methods, experimental psychology, and cognitive theory.<\/span>
