Assistant Professor (Marketing)
Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h3>Teach core and elective courses in Marketing Management at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Develop and deliver engaging lectures, case studies, assignments, and practical sessions aligned with the academic curriculum.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Enhance the learning experience through innovative teaching methodologies, including multimedia tools, digital platforms, and experiential learning techniques.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Plan and prepare course materials in advance, including lecture schedules, topics, assessments, assignments, and presentations.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Conduct tests, evaluations, and academic assessments in accordance with institutional guidelines.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Guide and mentor students in academic projects, research activities, and career development.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Participate in curriculum development, academic research, and departmental initiatives.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Contribute actively to institutional events, seminars, workshops, conferences, and student activities.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Support the institution in administrative and academic responsibilities as assigned by the management.<\/span>

<\/div>Required Skills & Competencies<\/span>
<\/h3>Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized academic institution.<\/span>
<\/h3><\/li>Strong subject expertise in Marketing Management.<\/span>
<\/h3><\/li>Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.<\/span>
<\/h3><\/li>Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking abilities.<\/span>
<\/h3><\/li>Ability to engage students through interactive and technology\-enabled teaching methods.<\/span>
<\/h3><\/li>Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to academic and institutional growth.Demonstrated leadership qualities and professional ethics.<\/span>
