ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

Responsible for the project quality and safety plan

· Monitoring the sub-contractor schedules

· Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements arefully implemented on projects

· Updating and alerting Project Manager on delaysand suggesting ways to expedite progress and catch up on delays

· Scheduling programs and weekly/monthly basisupdates

· Perform schedule monitoring and updating onconstruction schedules preparation of periodic progress reports withcommitments and forecast

· Monitor project compliance with project managementstandard policies, procedures and templates through project audits

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering

· Possess relevant experience in managing Singaporeconstruction projects (LTA/MRT)

· Ability to manage schedule or planning on buildingworks

· Profession in building projects

· At least 5 years of experience in LTA / MRTprojects

· Must be literate in English and have experienceusing computer software, and Microsoft office such as Microsoft word, excel,powerpoint etc.
