Project Management & Execution
- Oversee full project lifecycle from design, tender, and construction to handover.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA) and health & safety (HSE) requirements.
- Conduct design and site coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Review design drawings for constructability and value engineering opportunities.
- Monitor site progress, schedule adherence, and cost performance.
- Lead project reviews, manage variations, and resolve site issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building or construction project management.
