Position Overview<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents to help deliver public works and commercial construction projects from pre construction through closeout.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Assist with overall project management from buyout through closeout<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, owners, and design teams<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost tracking<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain project documentation<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assist with contract administration and project reporting<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Visit jobsites regularly to support field operations<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 2+ years of commercial construction experience<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Public works experience preferred<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong communication and organizational skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Self\-motivated with a desire to continue learning and growing professionally<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
