Assistant Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project and site supervision, attend site meetings and co-ordinate with various stakeholders, regulatory bodies, subcontractors ad all related parties to ensure the efficient and smooth implementation/completion of projects.
  • Ensures completeness of documentation ie call changes to specifications/work scopes/drawings/etc are accurately documented.
  • Assist in resolving challenges that may arise during project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Ensure compliance of safety regulations in accordance to industry standards.
  • Efficient management of resources and materials.
  • Manage manpower and overtime costs.
  • Adhoc duties as assigned.
  • Salary will commensurate with experience.
