Assistant Property Manager (Township Management)

A well-established organization in the public sector is expanding its team and hiring Property Managers / Assistant Property Managers. Successful candidates will play an integral role in overseeing the maintenance and management of residential estates across Singapore and look forward to attractive performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of common property, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement preventive maintenance programmes for estate facilities and building services.
  • Manage and supervise contractors in the execution of maintenance, repair, addition & alteration (A&A), and replacement & renewal (R&R) works.
  • Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with safety regulations for upgrading and improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with residents, stakeholders, and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient estate operations.
  • Attend to residents’ feedback, enquiries, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Support emergency response and incident management activities when required.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

What you will need

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management
  • Min 3-4 years of experience in the property or facilities management function
  • Preferably possess experience in managing residential estates
