Assistant relationship manager (HNW Insurance Broker)

The client is a HNW insurance broker firm.

Job responsibilities

  • Prepare presentation decks for sales team usage for client engagement

  • Assist in gathering relevant information and documentation from clients and relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention

  • Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner

  • Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements

  • Support sales team to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve client retention

  • Partner customer, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of customers requirements and enquiries

  • Help in organizing and executing client prospecting activities, including lead tracking and initial outreach.

  • Support follow-up and meeting scheduling with prospective and existing clients and partners.

Skills and requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

  • At least 3–4 years of experience in a support, coordination, or client service role. Familiarity with insurance application processes and terminology is a strong advantage.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to multitask with minimal supervision

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
