Assistant Restaurant Manager (Hotel Pre-Opening Team)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic and vibrant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and service excellence.
- Lead and supervise the service team to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback, service recovery, and maintain exceptional hospitality standards.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Monitor reservations, table management, and service flow during operating hours.
- Train, coach, and develop team members while supporting recruitment and performance management.
- Assist in achieving financial targets through upselling, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Strong knowledge of service standards, restaurant operations and guest engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
Salary: $4,500 - $5,000
