Assistant Restaurant Manager (Hotel Pre-Opening Team)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic and vibrant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and service excellence.
• Lead and supervise the service team to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality guest experiences.
• Handle guest feedback, service recovery, and maintain exceptional hospitality standards.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
• Monitor reservations, table management, and service flow during operating hours.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while supporting recruitment and performance management.
• Assist in achieving financial targets through upselling, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, restaurant operations and guest engagement.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
