Assistant - Retail (Customer Relations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Respond appropriately to all the customer telephone queries
- Make telephone calls to customers to inform them about special promotions or offers
- Maintain database of customers to initiate cross selling activities
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and follow up on customer interactions
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Take full responsibility for the dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for information for the start to the end of the process.
- Handle customer complaints, warranty issues, after sales service etc.
- Coordinate with distribution and ware house team for getting the product repaired or replaced in the least possible time
- Ensure customer service standards of the customer service counter as per company’s standards
- Process orders for delivery and installation to customer premises and follow up with the logistics department for executing the job in time
Job Specification:
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
- Good Communication in English, Arabic is plus
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Knowledge of customer behavior patterns
- Problem analysis and problem solving
Graduation with min 2years of experience in Customer Care role.
