Assistant - Retail (Customer Relations)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Respond appropriately to all the customer telephone queries
  • Make telephone calls to customers to inform them about special promotions or offers
  • Maintain database of customers to initiate cross selling activities
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and follow up on customer interactions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Take full responsibility for the dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for information for the start to the end of the process.
  • Handle customer complaints, warranty issues, after sales service etc.
  • Coordinate with distribution and ware house team for getting the product repaired or replaced in the least possible time
  • Ensure customer service standards of the customer service counter as per company’s standards
  • Process orders for delivery and installation to customer premises and follow up with the logistics department for executing the job in time

Job Specification:

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
  • Good Communication in English, Arabic is plus
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Knowledge of customer behavior patterns
  • Problem analysis and problem solving

Graduation with min 2years of experience in Customer Care role.
