Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist & support OU in the SOU to implement Sustainability Management Systems and develop additional improvement standards and programs for the operations to mitigate Sustainability-Social risks.

  • Plan, develop, implement, monitor, report, and review OU sustainability plans, implementation & compliance, KPI for the SOU and its operations in line with Company needs.

  • Assist & support periodic verification of contractors and vendors

  • Assist & support OU in the SOU in ensuring accurate data collation for internal & external reporting and to analyze trends for performance review & continuous improvement.

  • Initiate and follow up on investigation on any incident / accident / complaint / non-conformance involving human, property or environment.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in a safety, social, or welfare-related role, preferably within an industrial or corporate setting.

  • Familiarity with Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations (e.g., OSH Act, Permenaker).

  • Strong understanding of safety management systems and principles.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions and awareness programs.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Possession of a K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) certification is a plus.
