What you’ll own
Drive new merchant acquisition within the assigned territory through proactive field sales, delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Negotiate competitive and profitable pricing while ensuring alignment with business targets and market conditions.
Build and manage strong merchant relationships, overseeing onboarding, activation, and ongoing account performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, sales initiatives, and new revenue opportunities.
Monitor sales pipeline, market trends, and competitor activities to forecast performance and optimize territory strategy.
What you’ll bring
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in financial services, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Solid understanding of merchant services, payments, or credit card business.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence external customers.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute sales strategies in a dynamic environment.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience in credit card acquiring or payments industry sales.
Exposure to territory planning, forecasting, or sales analytics.
Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, or Management.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and possession of own transportation.
