Assistant Sales Manager

What you’ll own

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and grow new merchant accounts within targeted industry verticals.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, increasing market exposure and generating leads and RFP opportunities.

  • Collaborate with regional teams and partners to drive cross-selling initiatives and expand product coverage across existing accounts.

  • Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding and implementation projects, including integrations (e.g., ECR, eCommerce platforms) and customized reporting solutions.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and merchant needs to enhance sales strategies and success rates.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in financial services, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua (written and spoken).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong time management, organization, and ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience in merchant acquiring, payment solutions, or credit card business.

  • Exposure to regional account management or cross-border sales collaboration.

  • Degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.

  • Experience managing high-volume sales pipelines in multinational environments.
