Assistant Site Supervisor
Job Description:
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Coordinate and supervise the work activity on site, monitor the daily progress and keep track based on schedule
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance of workers
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to project managers, engineers etc
- Ensure safety and housekeeping is tomaintained to the highest standard
- To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction coordination or administrative support is preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and site procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read basic construction drawings is an advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willing to work Six days per week ( Monday to Saturday )
