<\/span><\/p>We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Assistant Store Manager<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/b>to support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional in\-store experience.<\/span>

<\/span><\/p>- Support the store manager in driving sales and achieving KPI's<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Lead by example on the sales floor with exceptional customer services<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Motivate and guide the team during shifts<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Assist with stock management, receiving and daily store admin<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing duties<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Build relationships with customers, travel enthusiasts<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and customer experience excellence<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>- Previous retail experience, 1\-3 years
<\/li> - Strong sales ability and customer\-service mindset
<\/li> - Supervisory/leadership experience beneficial
<\/li> - High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
<\/li> - Matric
