We’re on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Mi Piaci Ponsonby store. You’ll be supporting the Store Manager in running the day-to-day, helping lead an inspiring and high-performing team, and making sure every customer leaves feeling amazing in their shoes.

Here’s what’s on offer:

• Role: Assistant Store Manager
• Rostered Hours: Sunday to Thursday
  • Sunday: 9:30am - 4pm
  • Monday: 9:30am - 5pm
  • Tuesday: 10:30am - 4:30pm
  • Wednesday: 10:30am - 5pm
  • Thursday: 11am - 5pm
    
• Minimum Hours: 30 hours per week
• Hourly Rate: $27.00 + bonus potential!

What your day will look like

• Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations and running of the store
• Leading and motivating your team to reach their sales goals (and celebrating the wins!)
• Creating a warm, welcoming store environment with great energy and team culture
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand
• Coaching and developing your team so they can keep growing
• Making sure everything runs smoothly, from the shop floor to the back room

You’ll thrive in this role if you

• Have leadership experience in retail or a similar people-focused role
• Love supporting others to succeed and enjoy seeing your team grow
• Are confident, organised and calm under pressure
• Bring a strong sales mindset and enjoy working towards (and smashing) targets
• Have a great eye for detail and take pride in your space
