Pinewell Chinese Medicine is a growing TCM clinic in the heart of Orchard dedicated to delivering professional, outcome-driven traditional Chinese medicine care. Helmed by A. Prof Jia Honglu who has over 40 years of clinical experience, we have a strong focus on managing the the complexities of spinal ailments, stroke and cancer recovery, as well as reproduction health, among others.

Over the last 5 years, we have earned the trust of thousands of loyal patients - and as we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated and caring individuals to join our small but dedicated team as Resident Physician.

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant TCM Physician to join our growing clinic and provide professional, patient-centred care. This role is suitable for both graduating TCM students who want to grow in a strong clinical environment and junior physicians seeking a platform with mentorship, case exposure, and long-term development.

What You Will Do

• Assist with treatments and procedures
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to hygiene standards
• Monitor patient comfort during treatment sessions
• Shadow Medical Director to develop clinical reasoning
• Perform herbal dispensary
• Assist with operations and business development opportunities

What You Will Need

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in TCM
• Registered or eligible to register with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) Singapore
• Bilingual - communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
• Adaptable - growing with a small clinic means being open-minded and proactive
• Fresh graduates welcome, no prior work experience required - we will build you from the ground up

工作内容

• 协助治疗及相关操作
• 关注病患在治疗过程中的舒适度
• 跟随医疗总监学习，提升临床判断能力
• 参与中药房配药工作
• 协助诊所运营及业务发展

任职要求

• 已注册或符合新加坡中医师管理委员会（TCMPB）注册资格
• 持有中医学大专、学士学位或相关认可资格
• 能以英语及中文沟通
• 具备良好的临床兴趣、专业态度与病患服务意识
• 欢迎应届毕业生及初级中医师申请
