• Supporting Commercial Banking business units.

• Facilitating account opening or maintenance, internet banking, payment services, loan servicing, post approval matters & other client servicing matters.

• Prepare Customer Risk Rating Dashboard (CRRD), conduct relevant searches and name screenings.

• Mailings & administrative works, eg: printing / filing.

• Other ad-hoc duties required.
