Role Objective:<\/b>
<\/div>- Deliver hands\-on training in machine shop operations, woodworking machinery, workshop practices, and safety procedures.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Train students in practical machine handling and production\-related processes.
<\/li> - Ensure trainees develop industry\-ready workshop and furniture production skills.
<\/li><\/ul>Key Responsibilities: <\/span><\/span>
<\/h3>- Conduct practical training sessions on machine shop operations and woodworking machinery.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Train students in cutting, drilling, shaping, sanding, routing, assembly preparation, and basic maintenance.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, SOPs, and workshop discipline.<\/span>
<\/li>- Supervise trainees during practical sessions.Assess trainee performance and provide improvement feedback.Maintain tools, machines, materials, and workshop training records.
<\/li> - Report trainee progress to management.
<\/li> - Coordinate with technical, workshop, and academic teams for effective training delivery.
<\/li><\/ul>Key Skills Required:<\/span><\/span>
<\/h3>- Strong knowledge of machine shop operations and woodworking machinery.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Hands\-on experience with workshop tools, machines, and equipment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Understanding of furniture production processes and workshop practices.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of machine safety, PPE, SOPs, and basic maintenance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to demonstrate machine operations clearly and safely.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Good communication, practical training, supervision, and problem\-solving skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to maintain discipline and safety in the workshop.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Educational Qualification:<\/span><\/span>
<\/h3>- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Wood Technology, Carpentry, Furniture Production, Machine Shop Practice, Manufacturing, or related technical field.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Work Experience:<\/span><\/span>
<\/h3>- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in machine shop operations, woodworking machinery, furniture production, or workshop practices.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prior experience in practical training, workshops, or skill development programs will be preferred.<\/span>
