Job Responsibilities

AI Use Case Review Coordination

  • Coordinate AI use case review requests submitted by business and technology teams.
  • Identify relevant stakeholders across risk and control functions, including model risk, technology risk, data privacy, information security, and compliance, and facilitate the required assessments.
  • Monitor review progress, follow up on pending actions, and consolidate feedback into structured summaries for management and governance committees.
  • Maintain standardized documentation and supporting evidence for AI use cases in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing review materials, management updates, and status reports related to AI governance activities.

AI Risk Committee and Governance Support

  • Provide coordination and administrative support for the AI Risk Committee and related governance forums.
  • Organize meeting schedules, agendas, and distribution of meeting materials.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, maintain decision and action logs, and track follow-up actions to completion.
  • Support enhancements to AI governance processes, templates, and operational workflows.

AI Use Case Inventory Management

  • Maintain and update the organization’s AI use case inventory, including review status, risk classification, approval outcomes, and associated conditions.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of AI governance records across departments and stakeholders.
  • Support periodic reporting on AI adoption, governance activities, and review metrics for management and regulatory purposes.

Stakeholder and Regulatory Support

  • Serve as a coordination point between business, technology, and control functions on AI governance matters.
  • Support responses to internal audit, regulatory, and Head Office requests related to AI risk management and governance.
  • Monitor relevant regulatory and internal policy developments relating to AI and support updates to internal documentation and procedures where required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in governance, risk management, compliance, technology risk, data governance, or related functions within the financial services industry.
  • Foundational understanding of AI, data, or technology risk concepts, with a demonstrated interest in AI governance and willingness to develop further expertise.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and governance frameworks, including MAS guidelines, PDPA, or equivalent internal governance standards, would be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and follow-ups in a structured and proactive manner.
  • Proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural APAC environment.
