Assistant Vice President, Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze designated market situation and provide proposal for business opportunities
  • Identify potential market segment for further acquisition
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for designated market
  • Provide feedback and update Admin on operational changes to ensure SOP / GP in accordance to company policies and procedures, and comply with regulatory requirements and act
  • Coordinate with other BUs on all business related projects, e.g. events, promotions and Guest Service training for all Casino team members with other managers to insure a cohesive interdepartmental team relationship
  • Interact / hosting of guests, attend to their needs / gather feedback to ensure excellent service and hospitality to the guests
  • Review manpower planning, training and development of team members which includes daily and long-term operations, coaching, mentoring, motivate team members’ performance
  • Management of credit lines and assisting in collection
  • Responsible for region performance
  • Identify guests to upgrade to the next tier
  • Handle cage reimbursement matters
  • Provide leadership and management of the Company’s casino marketing department
  • Setting direction for maintaining high standards of products and services, and providing innovative offerings to enhance competitive edge
  • Plan, develop and implement strategy for business development
  • Oversee and assess all on-going training plans and programs to create compliance awareness and ensure retention of a performing team and alignment with market trends
  • Evaluate market conditions, keeping up-to-date on marketing trends and demographics of guests, developing benchmarks to measure effectiveness

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Business or related field with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Minimum 16 years of business development experience in casino and/or relevant industry, with proven track records in acquisition of high net-worth customers
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
