Job Description

• Lead execution of M&A and capital-raising transactions end-to-end
• Develop financial models, valuations, and transaction materials
• Manage due diligence and coordinate with legal and counterparties
• Prepare and drive marketing documentation and client presentations
• Engage directly with founders, corporates, and financial sponsors
• Support business development and sector coverage initiatives
• Work closely with regional teams on cross-border mandates

The Successful Applicant

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
• Proven track record of completed transactions (M&A or fundraising)
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
• Experience managing execution workstreams independently
• Solid understanding of transaction structuring and documentation
• Exposure to private markets, growth companies, or PE transactions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
