Job Description
- Lead execution of M&A and capital-raising transactions end-to-end
- Develop financial models, valuations, and transaction materials
- Manage due diligence and coordinate with legal and counterparties
- Prepare and drive marketing documentation and client presentations
- Engage directly with founders, corporates, and financial sponsors
- Support business development and sector coverage initiatives
- Work closely with regional teams on cross-border mandates
The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Proven track record of completed transactions (M&A or fundraising)
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Experience managing execution workstreams independently
- Solid understanding of transaction structuring and documentation
- Exposure to private markets, growth companies, or PE transactions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
