Assistant 助理

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements

  • Liaise with China-based business contacts and partners

  • Manage calendars and scheduling

  • Assist with email correspondence and translation

  • Conduct research and support event logistics

Requirements

  • 2+ years as an executive or virtual assistant, ideally with international clients

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English

  • Proficient with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom)

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Able to work independently, handle shifting priorities, and maintain confidentiality

任职要求

  • 做事高度有条理,注重细节

  • 能独立工作,适应优先级变化,严格保密
