Assitant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager/Director in planning and managing daily operations
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery
  • Monitor project progress and address any operational issues that arise
  • Prepare reports, quotations, and updates for management and clients
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Supervise and guide technicians and team leaders on-site
  • Handle administrative duties such as project documentation, billing coordination, and inventory tracking
  • Support business development efforts when required
