Associate Business Systems Consultant – Data & Analytics, AbbVie Inc., North Chicago, IL: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days WFH).

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for total project scope, budget, completion w/in budget constraints & schedules completion date under direct & matrix control.
  • Manage projects acc. to milestones & w/in budget constraints.
  • Keep IT mgrs aware of user issues & resolves conflicts.
  • Evaluate & recommend new software, new solutions, utilities, & tools.
  • Build strong relationships w/peers & cross functionally & partners outside of team to enable higher performance.

Education & Experience

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field & 4 years of experience in a Business System Analyst role in each of the following:

  1. performing data analytics & creating KPIs using BI tools;
  2. conducting systems testing & IT Implementation;
  3. performing data analysis & data audits in a data warehouse / data lake environment;
  4. implementing technology solutions that advance business objectives; &
  5. working with cross-functional teams in an environment with multiple & fluctuating priorities.

Alternatively may have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field & 2 years of experience in a Business System Analyst role in each of the following:

  1. performing data analytics & creating KPIs using BI tools;
  2. conducting systems testing & IT Implementation;
  3. performing data analysis & data audits in a data warehouse / data lake environment;
  4. implementing technology solutions that advance business objectives; &
  5. working with cross-functional teams in an environment with multiple & fluctuating priorities.

Experience may be gained concurrently. AbbVie will accept applicants with any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

Salary Range: $133,182.00 - $157,500.00 per year.
