The Associate Company Secretary (CS) will lead the\ncorporate governance and compliance function for a fast\-growing healthcare SaaS\ncompany. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable\ncorporate laws, regulatory requirements, and governance standards while\nsupporting the company\u2019s growth, operational transparency, and investor\nconfidence.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>The CS will work closely with the CEO,\nCFO, founders, investors, auditors, legal advisors, and leadership teams to\nmanage board governance, statutory compliance, regulatory filings, policy\nmanagement, and corporate documentation. The role also supports fundraising,\ndue diligence, risk management, and the development of scalable governance\nprocesses suitable for a high\-growth technology environment.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Manage board\n meetings, shareholder meetings, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and\n statutory records.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure\n compliance with the Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, ROC filings,\n FEMA regulations, and other applicable laws.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Monitor\n regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of compliance\n requirements.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>Mandatory<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Qualified\n Company Secretary (CS) certification is mandatory.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in\n healthcare SaaS, health tech, fintech, BFSI, or other regulated\n industries.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong experience in corporate governance, company\nsecretarial practice, and regulatory compliance.<\/span><\/span>
