Associate Courseware Developer (Safety/Security)

Responsibilities

  • Support in conducting learning needs analysis to understand and meet the learning outcomes required by training programmes and client’s expectations
  • Perform courseware development activities for new training programmes
  • Demonstrated experience in development and submission of course proposals and coursewares for SSG
  • At least 3 years of training experience
  • Subject Matter Expertise in the following: SCDF courses / safety courses / security courses

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in development of WSQ curriculum and courseware
  • Good understanding of the WSQ and Skills Framework
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in e-learning and creation of digital content would be an asset
  • Relevant certification in the field of Learning and Development such as WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) OR WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
  • Certificate in Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning (DDDLP) is an added advantage
