About the role<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>

This role sits in Peepul's Data & Technology team. <\/span><\/span>You'll<\/span> <\/span>work across our programs in Delhi and MP, building the dashboards, data pipelines, and digital tools that help our teams make better decisions and deliver better programs.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

In practice, that means writing SQL to clean and transform data, building dashboards that program leads <\/span><\/span>actually use<\/span>, and shipping tools \u2014 an assessment generator, a sampling app, a teacher\-facing WhatsApp chatbot \u2014 that solve real problems in real schools. <\/span><\/span>You'll<\/span> <\/span>work closely with MEL and program teams to understand what's <\/span><\/span>needed, and<\/span> <\/span>then <\/span><\/span>go build<\/span> <\/span>it.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

This <\/span><\/span>isn't<\/span> <\/span>a role where <\/span><\/span>you'll<\/span> <\/span>be <\/span><\/span>handed<\/span> <\/span>a spec and asked to execute. <\/span><\/span>You'll<\/span> <\/span>be involved <\/span><\/span>from<\/span> <\/span>problem definition to deployment, and the things you build will be used by teachers and program staff in the field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Work with MEL and program teams to understand their reporting needs and translate them into clean, reliable dashboards.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Write and optimise SQL queries for data transformation, reporting, and analysis.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
Support data ingestion, cleaning, validation, and modelling across programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Help <\/span><\/span>maintain<\/span> <\/span>and improve analytics infrastructure built on <\/span><\/span>BigQuery<\/span>, <\/span><\/span>dbt<\/span>, Apache Superset, and Dalgo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
