We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to support Emax warehouse delivery operations. The role involves transporting electronics, appliances, and retail products safely from the warehouse to stores, customer locations, and other assigned delivery points.

The ideal candidate should have experience in delivery operations, safe driving, product handling, loading/offloading, and customer interaction. The role also requires assisting technicians or team members during TV and appliance delivery, placement, and basic installation support while ensuring products are handled carefully and delivered in good condition.

• Deliver electronics, appliances, and retail products safely to stores, customers, and assigned locations.
• Load and offload products such as TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, small appliances, and accessories.
• Ensure products are handled carefully to avoid damages during loading, transportation, and delivery.
• Verify delivery documents, invoices, customer details, store details, product quantities, and item condition before dispatch.
• Support route-wise loading and ensure goods are properly arranged and secured inside the vehicle.
• Assist with TV and appliance placement, unpacking, and basic installation support as required.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch team, store teams, customers, and technicians for smooth delivery completion.
• Collect delivery acknowledgements, customer signatures, PODs, and required documentation.
• Report delivery delays, customer issues, product damages, vehicle issues, or failed deliveries immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Follow traffic rules, company delivery SOPs, safety guidelines, and product handling standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid UAE driving license as per vehicle category requirement.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse, retail distribution, or electronics/appliance delivery preferred.
• Basic knowledge of loading, offloading, product handling, and delivery documentation.
• Ability to assist with TV/appliance placement and basic installation support.
• Good knowledge of UAE routes and safe driving practices.
