Associate Designer

The associate designer will support the lead in assisting in concept

Producing drawings, renderings, and technical documents using

Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to refine designs

Design
<\/div>
● Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and
<\/div>
presentations.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Support space planning, furniture layouts, and interior detailing.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories per project
<\/div>
requirements.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Prepare drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations using
<\/div>
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Work with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source
<\/div>
materials and furniture.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Assist in project documentation, including FF&E (Furniture,
<\/div>
Fixtures & Equipment) schedules and specifications.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Participate in site visits, client meetings, and project
<\/div>
installations.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Ensure design execution aligns with the client's vision and
<\/div>
project goals.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainability
<\/div>
practices
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Oversee decisions regarding overall design creation and
<\/div>
development
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Facilitate multi\-disciplinary collaborations as well as
<\/div>
brainstorming sessions
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Review, evaluate and modify designs to suit authority
<\/div>
requirements and meet design intentions
<\/div><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

B.s.c in Architecture minimum. Masters is an advantage
<\/div>

<\/div>
Minimum of 2 \- 3 years in a similar capacity
<\/div>

<\/div>
