<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Design\nand oversee programs, initiatives, and events that enhance community,\ncollaboration, and networking among members.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Collect,\nanalyze, and act upon member feedback to continuously improve the experience.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Collaborate\nclosely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align initiatives with\nwider business strategies.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Manage\nbudgets for member experience initiatives, ensuring cost\-effective execution\nwithout compromising quality.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Define\nand monitor KPIs to measure success of the experience programs, reporting\noutcomes and insights to leadership.<\/span>
