Associate Director, Experience Strategy

WHAT DOES AN ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, EXPERIENCE STRATEGY DO?

The Associate Director, Experience Strategy, is a key collaborator within the Experience Strategy team. This role is pivotal in our mission to connect meaningful brand and customer moments into seamless, purposeful, and personalized experiences. This individual will act as a strategic contributor on projects and is expected to be poised and comfortable presenting and collaborating across diverse functions withing the agency. This individual is well-versed in digital channels and understands how to apply data-driven insights, content, user experience, and technology best practices to design and optimize personalized experiences across varying audiences.

  • Lead the execution of basic and core Experience Strategy deliverables, including audits, content inventory, workshop materials, etc.,

  • Collaborate with manager and Experience Strategy leadership on personalization and omnichannel strategies, customer journey mapping, implementation plans, etc.

  • Support manager and Experience Strategy leadership on organic growth and new business initiatives.

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and translate into compelling, data-backed recommendations and strategic stories for clients.

  • Conduct secondary research to support POVs, white papers, case studies, and other materials as needed.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

  • 6 years (or more) of experience in Omnichannel Strategy, Experience Strategy, Digital Strategy, or a related field

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing industries

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences and stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and customer research to inform strategic decisions

  • Expertise with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.,)

  • Proficiency with digital collaboration and journey mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Mural, Airtable)

  • Adept at using AI systems and frameworks
