We are looking for an ambitious, client obsessed, growth oriented and passionate individual to help us expand our footprint in Western Canada.

What You’ll Do

70% - Buy Development/Negotiation and Account Management

  • Responsible for ensuring an accurate, high-quality buying product from packaging, negotiation, and maintenance through to reporting

  • Oversee the timely construction and delivery of client facing media activation documents such as pre and post-buy analyses

  • React quickly to campaign results/revisions and oversee the implementation of optimizations when required

  • Steward buys across multiple accounts, managing to individual client KPIs

  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of the marketplace landscape, industry trends and new technologies that effect the buying discipline

20% - Mentoring/Training

  • Train, direct and mentor Investment & Activation staff on an ongoing basis

  • Guide team in setting goals and project tasks & timelines, ensuring team members have challenging, level-appropriate projects and opportunities to learn new skills, contributing to overall team success

10% - Relationship Management

  • Uphold exceptional business relationships with internal teams, vendor partners and clients throughout the entire process

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in media investment & activation

  • Leadership and supervisory experience

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize workload

  • Capable of handling multiple projects to meet tight deadlines under pressure

  • Strong negotiation skills & media industry relationships

  • Articulate with clear communication skills written, verbal, and presentation

  • Ability to collaborate and work successfully with various Agency teams

  • A broad based understanding of the Canadian marketplace as well as industry tools for media buying and financial operations

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00
