Associate Director of Finance

Role Summary:
The Associate Director of Finance assists in managing the hotel’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and alignment with business goals to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily finance operations
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Analyze financial performance and support cost control and revenue optimization
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
  • Support internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
  • Partner with department heads for financial planning and decision-making
  • Lead, guide, and develop the finance team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CA/MBA preferred)
  • 8–12 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and hotel finance operations
  • Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills
