Associate Director, Risk Data

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead RepRisk Risk Data Analysts to strive for a culture of excellence in capturing and delivering complete, timely and accurate ESG risk data.

  • Active involvement in the recruitment process from identification to selection of talent.

  • Supporting, coaching and developing new and existing talents in the team.

  • Drive projects and initiatives that improve ESG data curation processes

  • Foster goal-oriented teamwork and data quality through engagement and training initiatives

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Human Resources and Product & Technology for successful project delivery

  • Drive innovation and help shape a healthy and enterprising culture consistent with RepRisk core value

You Bring

  • Minimum five years of people management experience with at least three years in a technology company and/or entrepreneurial experience

  • Strong communication and cross-collaboration skills working with a diverse group of people.

  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team

  • Strong drive to overcome challenges and implement creative solutions

  • A good dose of self-awareness, and an open-minded attitude to development

  • Exhibit composure and clarity of thought in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Openness and adaptability to change and comfortability in navigating through ambiguity

  • Analytical and structured thinking, organized, solution-oriented, and efficient in execution
