The Process Development Engineer will be responsible for the following:

Conceptualizing, planning, execution of new processes in support of new product release. This will involve deeper understanding of the product, processes and materials and will work closely with counterparts from the BU, different engineering departments, QA and Manufacturing.
He/she will also be engaged in challenging existing processes and enhancing it for optimum quality, cost and productivity
Responsible for supporting process sustaining activities for SOF and P2B products
Knowledgeable in Assembly processes, or Test and Backend process.
Proficient in PFMEA, 8D, DOE and statistical tools (Minitab/SAS JMP SW).
Reliable and dedicated with ability to work individually and cross-functional teams.
With strong statistical analysis and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing is an advantage
Graduate of BS ECE, IE, ME, Materials Engineering or any equivalent course.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a semiconductor industry.
Ability to effectively and accurately communicate issues both written and verbal
